We recently took a trip to EPCOT to check out the annual EPCOT Festival of the Arts. We always enjoy this festival with all the delicious food options as well as amazing artwork. Every year there is Star Wars art at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts and every year it amazes us. The Star Wars booth is located near the water in Italy in the World Showcase.
I had to wait in line for a few minutes to get into the booth due to its popularity and COVID-19 precautions. Once I got in the booth did not disappoint. Here are a few of the awesome art pieces that were on display.
Vintage Movie Poster Prints
We absolutely loved these vintage-style movie posters. The artist had several prints featuring The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, Attack of the Clones, and The Mandalorian, and so many more. We also saw one of this style featuring bounty hunters.
On the outside of the booth were these unique Rebel Alliance prints. All three of them have a comic book cover look. I also liked the scout trooper painting.
Darth Vader Prints
Darth Vader is one of the most iconic characters in the Star Wars universe. These prints and paintings are a unique look at the character. We especially liked the prints that featured both Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader.
Planet and Travel Prints
Some of the prints we saw featured some of the Star Universe planets. We loved the travel posters for the different planets like this Takodana print.
Star Wars Character Prints
Character prints are always great finds. We spotted Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Chewbacca and Porg, Kylo Ren, C-3PO and R2-D2, Voda, and Cara Dune.
The Mandalorian is such a hit series on Disney+ that not having art from the show would have been a crime. We saw prints of Gorgu, Boba Fett, and prints that featured scenes from the show and other characters.
The Disney Art Store
The Disney Art Store located next to the American Pavilion featured some new artwork featuring Star Wars characters. We love when we find Star Wars merchandise outside of the usual places.
Boba Fett has always been a popular character but now that he is back from the dead and made a much anticipated appearance on The Mandalorian we weren’t surprised to see several prints featuring the infamous bounty hunter.
We love the prints of characters like stormtroopers that have reflections on the helmets. So cool to see a scene from a different point of view. We also love the Hoth Rebellion recruitment poster.
If you get a chance to go to the EPCOT Festival of the Arts make sure you do. The Star Wars booth is awesome but there is also plenty of Disney, Marvel, and original art as well. You also don’t want to miss out on the delicious food and beverage options.
