Star Wars Celebration 2020 Cancelled
Star Wars Celebration 2020 cancelled due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. Celebration popular yearly event where fans gather to celebrate the Star Wars franchise. It began in 1999 when Lucasfilm held the Star Wars Celebration in Denver, Colorado to celebrate the upcoming release of Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. According to StarWars.com Lucasfilm plans to bring the popular event back to the Anaheim Convention Center in August 2022.

If you purchased tickets to this event you might be wondering what your options are. Lucasfilm is giving fans who were planning to attend Star Wars Celebration a few different options. Fans can transfer their current ticket purchase to the new event dates, receive a refund, or receive a credit for Star Wars Celebration merchandise.
Merchandise Pre-Orders
Fans that pre-ordered merchandise for the event you have the option to still receive their order or they may request a refund. Lucasfilm is planning to sell all available merchandise from the event online in the near future.
Exclusive Offer
Fans who choose to transfer their ticket to the new dates in August 2022 will receive an exclusive from Lucasfilm, a free Star Wars Celebration stormtrooper character pin.
